Welcome to Offbeat YA! I love hearing from you and always - I mean always - acknowledge your comments. This used to be a full democracy place, because anyone could comment, regardless of being a registered member of any community. Unfortunately, I had to turn off the Anonymous comment option, because I was getting too much spam that didn't get filtered. So, you’ll need to have a Google account (Gmail will suffice) in order to comment. Sorry about that. Anyway, jump right in! Come on, you know you want to...😉 And be sure to leave a link!
BTW...I don't care if a post is a million months old - you comment, I respond. And you make my day 😃.
Note: this is an award/tag free blog. Sorry I can't accept nominations due to lack of time.

Oh, no, that is tough. Thinking of both of you. That sounds really frustrating for him and it's tough to be the caretaker too. Hope he's all healed up soon!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jen. It will be a long road to recovery, so I need to buckle up...
DeleteTake care, and best wishes to your husband for a quick recovery with minimal complications!
ReplyDeleteThanks Greg - I know it won't be quick, but encouragements are welcome 🧡 .
DeleteI'm so sorry to hear that. I hope the ulcer heals up and you are able to get the things done you need to. Don't worry about us we'll be here when you get back.
ReplyDeleteI know you will, but ðŸ˜. Thank you!
DeleteWishing the best for your husband and he recovers fully and fast! Sending you positive vibes!
ReplyDeleteThanks Freda, it's appreciated.
DeleteTake care, Roberta. I hope your husband is doing well and heals quickly
ReplyDeleteAlas, I know it will take time...and I'm at the end of my tether...but I hope my friends' encouragements will help. Thanks Sam!
DeleteOh no, I'm sorry there are more troubles you're both dealing with. Hopefully he'll recover soon and you won't get too burnt out. I know it can be hard to take a blogging break, especially since it's something that means a lot to you. At least Twitter is good for keeping in touch <3
ReplyDeleteI know it will be a long road to normalcy around here. I'm burnt out already, to be honest. The break won't be apparent at first, since I have posts scheduled for the whole month and part of the next. I do plan to keep up-to-date with you all on Twitter, or at least to scroll...
DeleteI'm so sorry that happened. I hope you have a nice break, and I hope your husband feels better soon.

Thank you - I'm overwhelmed, right now, so I suppose blogging and commenting are the only things I can cut down at the moment...
DeleteIt sounds like you need a break. I hope it all goes.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day.
Oops, I seem to have forgotten a word. What I meant to say is "I hope it all goes well."
ReplyDeleteI need a HUGE break...from life. But since it can't be done, I'll have to take it out to the blogging and commenting...
DeleteThank you!
Sending well wishes to you and your family, Roberta!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteSorry to hear! I hope he recovers quickly and you are able to take care of yourself. We'll be here when you return.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteOh no, I hope you'll take care of yourself! Don't forget to drink water, sleep, and eat food. Sending you and your husband good vibes.
ReplyDeleteSleep? What's sleep? It's been a luxury for a while now...ðŸ˜ðŸ˜©
DeleteThank you 🧡.
We've already chatted but just catching up on your posts and will send a {hug} anyway :-)
