Welcome to Offbeat YA! I love hearing from you and always - I mean always - acknowledge your comments. This used to be a full democracy place, because anyone could comment, regardless of being a registered member of any community. Unfortunately, I had to turn off the Anonymous comment option, because I was getting too much spam that didn't get filtered. So, you’ll need to have a Google account (Gmail will suffice) in order to comment. Sorry about that. Anyway, jump right in! Come on, you know you want to...😉 And be sure to leave a link!
BTW...I don't care if a post is a million months old - you comment, I respond. And you make my day 😃.
Note: this is an award/tag free blog. Sorry I can't accept nominations due to lack of time.
As per the GDPR guidelines, here's the link to my Privacy Policy.
Good luck! Hope they are all hits for you.
ReplyDeleteLOL, they "were" hits, since I read them last year and I'm only reviewing them now. But thanks!
DeleteI’ve been reading a ton of spooky books lately, so I’ll have to check these out!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear if I have convinced you to try some of them 🙂.
DeleteI hardly ever read spooky books but I used to. Looking forward to the reviews.
ReplyDeleteI hope you'll find something you might like 🙂.
DeleteI'm going to be joining you in reading creepy books this month. I can't wait to read your reviews!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Happy bookish nightmares! 😉
DeleteThis is fun! And I love the graphic, BTW. One of my favorite things about the book blogging community over the years has been the Halloween and autumn- themed activities- stuff like this- so I'm so happy to see this!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I hope you'll have fun with my reviews 🙂.
DeleteI’m super looking forward to seeing these reviews :) I always think it’s interesting to review books after a second reading - for me, there is always something new I discover and I feel like I have a better understanding of the book. I read and enjoyed The Girl From the Well earlier this year, so I’m excited to see your thoughts on that one in particular!
ReplyDeleteI always write a mini-review right after reading a book for the first time, but I wait until I reread to write a full review. Sometimes I'm even able to up my rating - maybe by half a star only, but it's still a good thing. I'm happy to meet a fellow rereader! And I hope you'll enjoy my spooky corner 😉. (I remember your TGFTW review, BTW).
DeleteI can't wait to see what you think about The Girl from the Well!
ReplyDeleteLindsi @ Do You Dog-ear? 💬
Spoiler: I really liked it!
DeleteAww, sorry to hear this one doesn't get a lot of comments. It's one of my favorites! Bring on the Halloween books! 🎃👻 I personally love the McGuire and Chupeco books. Excited to see your thoughts!
ReplyDeleteI can always count on you for my horror/spooky forays 😂 (though, let's be honest, I can always count on you, period 😘).
DeleteReally looking forward to reading your reviews! I've been reading thrillers and horrors - and, of course, we are setting up Spooky October - so I'm really in the Halloween mood. Can't wait! :)
ReplyDeleteHehe, I know you love your spooks. Thank you! And I'm looking forward to your SO!
